Choose how much to invest
The minimum investment is £50,000. You then have use of subsidised room where the minimum investment would receive a subsidy of around £95 per week, increasing proportionally with a higher level of investment.
Flexibility and security
If our care home is not appropriate for your needs, perhaps because of location or the type of care offered, we will pay 95% of our subsidy to another care home of your choice.
There is no minimum investment period. Your investment will be returned in full, subject to our standard notice period of 3 months.
We will never borrow more than the business is worth. Your investment will always be secured by the value of the business. As a high percentage of the company's value is in the property, there will always be a tangible asset to back up its value.
